Anne Tiger-Days has been teaching ﬁtness for over ﬁfteen years. coming from a dance background, Anne began as a Pilates teacher and quickly fell in love with teaching in a group format. Her current certifications include Pilates mat, Plates reformer, Spin, Sculpt, Trx, Kettle Bell, Barr, Silver Sneakers, and Zumba. She received most of her training in New York.
Anne has been in Bend for two years now and is originally from Oregon. Her favorite class to teach is one that works every muscle including your smile.
