K RichardsMy yoga practice began in the basement of a YMCA more than 11 years ago. After losing a loved one yoga was just what I needed to heal emotionally and spiritually. As I deepened my practice, I realized the whole body benefit of yoga as it supported both my active lifestyle and my career. Yoga has transformed the way I view and interact with the world and those around me.

I enjoy movement that warms the body, lightens the heart and soothes the soul. When I'm not in the studio you can find me pedaling, paddling, skiing, hiking or casting flies into the Deschutes River with my dog and my husband. I can't wait to meet you!
