My fitness journey started in high school as an athlete and student of yoga, then evolved into a desire to share my passion as a teacher. I have always found that a combination of physical and mental practice positively impacts my daily life in immeasurable ways and I enjoy helping others create that for themselves.

As an instructor my goal is to challenge you to work harder than you think you can, encourage you when things get difficult and remind you that working outside of your comfort zone provides you an extraordinary opportunity for growth, both mental and physical. It is my intention that when students leave class they feel a great sense of accomplishment.
