Class Description: This high energy class combines 3 aspects of fitness into one full body workout. It starts with 20 minutes of high/low cardio to fun music and easy to follow choreography. Second segment is 20 minutes of upper and lower body strength work. Finishing with a combination of core work and full body stretching to improve flexibility. 

Level 2 - Highly modifiable to Level 1-3.
