Class Description: A total body experience, this class will have you moving through different stations to gain strength, improve stamina and get your heart rate up. If you play pickle ball, golf or are otherwise active, this class is an excellent form of cross training. It will vary from day to day and is a great opportunity to learn how to use the equipment in the fitness center.
Level 2 - Highly modifiable to level 1-3.
