Class Description: This class combines different modalities to offer a full body workout. Using aspects of yoga for flexibility, resistance and body weight training for strength, and cardio to get your heart rate up. Studio Fit is meant to challenge you while still being mindful of your limits.
Level 3 - Modifiable to Level 2. Limited to 15 participants.
