Class Description: 'Tai Chi for Health’ is tailor-made for those who are new to Tai Chi or to exercise, have pre-diabetes or diabetes or other chronic conditions such as arthritis, Parkinson’s or MS. Special attention is paid to enhancing balance, range of motion and flexibility. You may be seated for the entire class if you wish. Use of walkers, wheelchairs and/or oxygen welcome. Each participant works at their own level.
* Class is perfect for beginners and/or clients who wish to have a slower paced class.
Limited to 15 participants.
